Residential Block Management

We take a proactive stance to Block Management and believe that wherever possible works undertaken should enhance the value of the properties and not merely maintain the value. Working closely with Freehold Owners and Representatives of the Resident Management Company ensuring a programme of cost effective management is always prepared.

We Will

• Inspect the blocks and development in detail at least once a month to ensure all buildings and grounds are in good order and all services are working

• Make time to deal with any unexpected work

• Negotiate, renew and manage specialist maintenance contracts

• Organising building insurances, including valuations and claim handling

• Deal with individual residents' questions and concerns

• Attend the AGM and other management meetings

• Guarantee that accounts and statutory returns are filed on time

• Plan for the cost of future repairs and renewals

• Collect service charges and manage the accounts
