EDGE has helped successfully deliver the RTM to clients stuck with poorly performing agents for many years with great success.

Site Appraisal and Budgeting
If we are involved early enough, we can very often identify cost effective changes to plans that will save time and money once the development is completed and occupied. Early involvement can benefit our developer clients as well as our shared customers living in the homes created.
We can prepare comprehensive budgets for sites ranging from a few to many hundreds of apartments or houses. We get involved in residential and mixed use developments at all scales, with build schedules spanning many years. We have created initial budgets from plans that run through to sites being fully occupied either in phases or as a whole, and importantly budgets that have run through several annual cycles so that we KNOW what works
