SEP 2008 – EDGE Property Management Incorporated
NOV 2008 – EDGE awarded first development
JAN 2009 – Moved in to new office in Northenden
NOV 2010 – Kylie, First EDGE employee joins the team
MAR 2012 – Two new Property Managers join the team
2013 – 2017
DEC 2015 – New EDGE offices secured with room to expand our team.
NOV 2016 – 50 developments under management
JAN 2017 – EDGE team of eight
FEB 2017 – EDGE First RTM secured

NOV 2021 – Retiring agent transfers portfolio to EDGE

AUG 2024 – Shareholders agree to Employee Owned Trust
