We find caring easier because we’re close to our sites. All our sites will always be a short travel time from our office, where all our staff are based so we can continue to share knowledge about all our sites and we don’t have to arrange a video call to ask a colleague a question! Its better for us and its better for you and we’ve yet to find any sensible counter argument to that principle!!
